**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Product team
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting to internal and external vendors
- Input and process orders into the system with complete accuracy in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with procedures and effective us of control checks at all times
- The role will be required to carry out administrative / processing task within other areas of the business on an ad-hoc basis.
- Engage effectively with internal stakeholders in sales and marketing teams and external vendors

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload whilst working to tight timescales.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels and is accurate and professional in communications.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative to achieve common goals
- Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Resilient in changing and demanding circumstances.
- Experience in working in a fast pace environment
