About the Team

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Strategy and Roadmap**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our Order and Subscription Management System.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices to shape the direction of the platform.

**2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.

**3. Feature Development**:

- Define, prioritize, and manage the development of new features and functionalities for Order and Subscription Management System
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product enhancements.

**4. User Experience and Efficiency**:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user interface and workflow of the Order and Subscription Management System.
- Continuously improve the system's usability and efficiency for order processing and fulfillment.

**5. Integration and Scalability**:

- Identify integration opportunities with other systems, such as inventory management, payment gateways, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure the platform is scalable and adaptable to support business growth.

**6. Performance Monitoring**:

- Implement tracking and analytics to monitor the performance of the platform.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize the system's speed, reliability, and accuracy.

**7. Stakeholder Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps.
- Gather feedback from customer-facing teams to incorporate user insights into product development.

**8. Project Management**:

- Lead end-to-end project management, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, computer science) is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a product managers take new products and features from zero to one for B2B SaaS companies. Preferrably in order management system or related software.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, online subscription management, and multi-platform app store operations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for product development.
- Proficiency in creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of API integrations and system scalability.
