**Job Description & Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform management accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and ensuring accurate financial records for the company and its cooperation partners.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and key financial reports.
- Handle daily financial duties such as processing payments to vendors and clients, managing petty cash, credit card payments, and staff expense claims, etc.
- Collaborate with external professional parties for company secretarial duties, tax, and audit matters.
- Ensure accounting controls are maintained by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller, based in Hong Kong.

- Be responsible, self-motivated, and detail-minded with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and be sensitive to financial data.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, with a positive attitude, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Have a sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance/ related discipline;
- At least 3 years of working experience in a commercial enterprise;
- A Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) qualification is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Australian regulations, such as Business Activity Statements (BAS), and experience working with tax agents to comply with ATO (Australian Taxation Office) requirements is a plus.
