**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, test, and grade ICT devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop PCs
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and replace components such as screens, batteries, and hard drives
- Perform secure data erasure according to ISO 27001 standards and issue data-wipe certificates
- Support post-sales processes such as warranty handling and device tracking
- Update inventory records and device status using spreadsheets or internal systems
- Work closely with operations and procurement teams to ensure workflow efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the ICT repair industry

**Job Requirements**
- ITE Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in device diagnostics, repair, or technical support preferred
- Familiarity with data security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is an advantage
- Able to use Excel or similar digital tools for tracking and reporting
- A team player with a strong interest in technology and sustainability
- Passion for reducing electronic waste and working in a green tech environment
