**Key Responsibilities**
- Regularly perform preventive maintenance on building monitoring and control systems, environmental monitoring systems, and related equipment to ensure they work optimally and avoid breakdowns.
- Quickly diagnose and fix issues in SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, DDC controllers, and other mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Assist in installing, setting up, and testing new equipment and systems, including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DDC controllers.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and systems to spot potential issues and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Update maintenance logs, equipment manuals, and system documentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts. Order necessary supplies to ensure they are available when needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Provide support to other departments and assist with special projects, especially those involving SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DDC controllers.

- Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition to perform physically demanding tasks.
