**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling product or service presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the offerings.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Handle & address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers to close deals and foster long-term business relationships.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma and/or above
- English and Mandarin are an essential
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
