**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to join our agency team. You will be responsible for developing social strategies that bring brands to life across digital channels, driving engagement, reach, and measurable business impact. As part of an integrated team of creatives, planners, and account leads, you’ll translate brand insights into thumb-stopping content and innovative campaigns that push boundaries and deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**
- Craft data-driven social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand voice, target audience, and business goals.
- Define social channel roles, content pillars, and platform-specific tactics for organic and paid campaigns.

**Campaign Planning & Ideation**
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to co-develop social-first campaign ideas and content strategies.
- Ensure alignment with broader brand and communications strategies.

**Content Calendar & Publishing Oversight**
- Guide the creation and management of content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Oversee content rollout plans, ensuring timely execution in line with campaign timelines.

**Performance Analysis & Optimisation**
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategy.

**Trends, Tools & Innovation**
- Stay up-to-date with evolving platform features, content trends, and digital behaviours.
- Propose new formats and platforms to keep client brands culturally relevant.

**Client Engagement**
- Present strategies and performance reports to clients with clarity and confidence.Work closely with account servicing to respond to client feedback and evolving needs.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a digital or advertising agency, with a strong track record of developing and executing social campaigns for brands.
- Solid understanding of content marketing, paid social, and community engagement.
- Ability to synthesize insights, trends, and data into compelling strategic recommendations.
- Strong grasp of tone, storytelling, and visual identity across different social channels.
- Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and client presentations.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
