**Responsibilities**
- Monitor inbound receiving shipments and promptly report any discrepancies or damages to the purchasing department.
- Prepare product quarantine as requested by the Product Development, Purchasing, and Marketing departments.
- Convert completion picking lists into delivery orders for efficient delivery purposes.
- Activate transfer transactions as requested by the country in-charge and other relevant departments.
- Ensure that all inbound receipts are accurately updated into the NAVASION system and promptly forwarded to all concerned parties.
- Participate in monthly stock take events and perform data entry to update the inventory records.
- Organize and maintain standard practices of workflow and filing of documentation to ensure easy retrieval.
- Provide consolidation reports for management on the monthly sales status to aid in decision-making.
- Assist in resolving supplies variances reported by outlets to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in salvaging and destroying products returned from outlets in compliance with the company's policies.
- Provide support for website orders, photo shoots, and sample requests from various departments.
- Print and arrange stock lists to distribute to the warehouse and outlet staff to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.

**Requirement**
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good time management skills.
