**We are in search of a Technical visionary, a hands-on Principal Software Engineer~Data & AI**

If you are a Senior Principal Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), led the design and implementation of AI Chatbots, complimented by a strong commitment to AI and data security, data protection, governance, privacy, and safety ~ **We Want You**

You will leverage your proven track record to successfully undertake complex technical challenges. As a technical visionary and strategist, you bring a unique blend of hands-on technical depth, customer-focused business acumen, and expertise to drive innovation.

You will primarily focus on leading, designing, building, and maintaining software engineering solutions for products that enable the safe and secure consumption of GenAI by our customers.

As a key Technical Leader on our team, you will collaborate closely with other software engineers, product teams, AI researchers, and security specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software products for safe, secure, and private consumption of GenAI.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable software products supporting security, safety, and privacy in GenAI and LLM-based systems.- Lead software engineering activities to integrate security and privacy for GenAI systems including LLM, Vector Databases, RAG pipelines, and guardrails.- Develop state-of-the-art guardrails and systems leveraging agent workflows and tooling to support the safety and security of GenAI.-
- Understand compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI, NIST, OWASP, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) for GenAI and data.-
- Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to integrate advanced GenAI and LLM capabilities into production-grade software systems.- Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and third-party platforms to accelerate product development.

**Qualifications**:
- 7-10 years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in GenAI and LLM, and with a strong focus on scaling GenAI solutions.- Expertise in developing and maintaining GenAI workflows, including fine-tuning LLMs, embedding and vector databases, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering techniques.- Experience with GenAI development platforms, including AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).-
- Experience with AI safety and security concepts such as robustness, model interpretability, bias detection, and adversarial testing.- Experience integrating security and privacy controls into data and AI systems, including IAM frameworks, encryption, and anonymization techniques.- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST AI RMF, EU AI).- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, distributed systems supporting enterprise solutions.
