**What will you do?**

In this position you will join our Advisory business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Present and facilitate strategic discussions and work with internal teams to develop project delivery road maps. Demonstrate performance that serves as a model of excellence
- by establishing sustainable planning and design best practices, business requirements, design team collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead the management of multi-disciplinary project teams of varying scale and complexity from analysis to delivery, supporting project development to create value for key clients and stakeholders.
- Support a pipeline of future opportunities including managing proposals and pursuits for key clients.
- This will involve preparation of plans, layouts and specification, cost estimation, tender and contract documents, tender evaluation reports, progress reports and technical memos, economics or financial analysis/ reports, business cases and integrated advisory services in the broader expertise of Aurecon.
- Maintain and further develop relationships with a range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.

**What can you bring to the team?**

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A combination of skills like an undergraduate degree and a post-graduate (Masters) degree in these areas is a plus.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Infrastructure / Transport / Energy / Civil / Structural projects in Asia.
- Strong leadership experience in management of project teams working with a high level of customer focus, including proficiency with software tools. Project Management certification would be advantageous (e.g. PMP).
- Experience in implementation of integrated planning/ design projects, with sound understanding of project life cycle and risk concepts.
- Possess strong multi-disciplinary perspective, critical and creative thinking skills; and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups.
