- **10+ years of experience**in FX, Fixed Income, and Derivatives trading within Capital Markets.
- Proven track record of profitability and success in developing trading strategies.
- Prior experience in setting up, leading, or expanding a trading desk is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of arbitrage methods, trading workflows, and risk management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technology and quantitative research.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Specific experience in building trading infrastructure and enhancing electronic trading capabilities.
- Familiarity with **capital markets products**and regulatory requirements in Singapore and globally.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, modeling, and quantitative tools.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams to enhance trading platforms and processes.
