**Responsibilities**: - Perform all aspects of disbursement, payments and redemption pertaining to Loan Processing - Ensure compliance in safekeeping of all security and confidential documentations are strictly adhered - Review and ensure all relevant conditions precedents are met before activation of credit facility - Achieve or exceed given specific performance standards in both turnaround time and accuracy - Participate in all process improvement of system projects or enhancements - Deliver quality services to business units by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the Bank’s credit policies and accounting standards - Responsible to issue instruction letter to Law firm - Coordinating with Law firm on the checking and clarification of mortgage documentation - Checking on whether documentation are in order prior to disbursement of retail loan - Provide redemption statement and title deeds to the appointed Law firm - Performing general maintenance including data input, related report and preparation of legal profile - Reviewing and certifying document submission in accordance with the Bank's Operation Policy and Procedures Manual" **Job Requirements**: - Possess at least a Degree or equivalent in the related discipline - Preferred 2-3 years of relevant working experience in credit and/ or loan admin - Good command of both English and Chinese languages - Maintain an open mind to new learning of processes and technologies - Fresh graduate may also apply
