**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize soft/hard copy files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Support the underwriting team in data entry and documentation updates within underwriting systems.
- Handle routine customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate underwriter as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Strong in MS Word and ExcelMeticulous with good following up skills
