Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Sales and Clients on artwork requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare all necessary documentation, work on the readiness for print feasibility files and ensuring all are correct.
- Prepare preview files for an approval, revision and or enhancements.
- Responsible in safe keeping of all files in digital form in relation to artwork and other materials provided for each job.
- Operate Digital printing machines
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, photoshop.
- Preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Printing/Advertising
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Overtime is required.
- Communicate well with Sales / Clients
- Able to work as a team
