**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise HNW and UHNW clients on tailored portfolio strategies across public and private market investments.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers and the Investment Team to deliver consistent, high-quality advisory solutions.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments, market trends, and client portfolios to recommend strategic and tactical asset allocation changes.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly investment meetings and portfolio reviews with the internal investment team.
- Support the design and implementation of in-house investment strategies and thematic solutions.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance in line with MAS requirements and Merliance Capital's internal risk frameworks.
- Serve as a thought partner in enhancing Merliance Capital's investment platform, processes, and client experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or external asset management.
- Deep understanding of multi-asset investments, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products.
- Strong and demonstrable track record advising HNW/UHNW clietns and delivering bespoke investment strategies.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese (written and spoken) to support clients from Greater China/North Asia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit suited to a high-performance, independent platform.
