Manager / Assistant Manager Corporate Secretarial

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, maintain, and update corporate Secretarial related documents and files with private limited company, LLP, partnership and VCC
- Circulate corporate secretarial related documents for signatures
- Communicate with client and serve the client with their needs
- Prepare and file annual returns, changes in company details, and other statutory forms with ACRA
- Keeping statutory records, including audited reports, names of company directors, shareholders and all resolutions
- Draft Directors resolutions and filing with ACRA
- Provide general administrative support to the company secretary
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of Companies Acts and corporate governance
- Minimum 5 years corporate secretarial experience
- Proficiency in using ACRA’s Bizfile portal for electronic filings is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task and tight deadlines
- Good team player and positive attitude
- We have Chinese clients, and knowledge of English and Mandarin is essential
