**Your role**

- We're looking for someone like that to join the Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team who support the core regulatory reporting obligations in the region, namely ASIC, MAS, HKMA and JFSA. The role will provide varied, complex challenges due to the nature and complexity of the reporting obligations and will involve engagement in delivering strategic initiatives such as regulatory rewrites aimed at increasing the efficiency of reporting and ensuring all global management and regulators requirements are fulfilled. The role involves engagement with a large array of other functions & stakeholders within the region and also globally.
- The main activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and complete manner, following through with strategic remediation for any exceptions encountered
- Understand the risks associated with transaction reporting. Be vigilant to those risks, manage them and escalate effectively
- Review existing processes for improvements, control enhancements and automation opportunities

**Your team**
- You will be joining the Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team within the APAC Investment Banking Operations division based in Singapore. The team supports the APAC region in ensuring TR regulation within the region is understood and adhered to. The Singapore RTR function’s remit is to ensure that we meet all APAC transaction reporting obligations, implement proper governance, supervision and change management across all APAC locations where there are transactional reporting obligations and ensuring quality assurance on post reporting and procedural controls.

**Your expertise**
- Experience in operational processes and controls or equivalent
- Knowledge of Transaction Reporting regulations in the APAC region preferred, but applicants with a background in Middle Office or other operational functions with knowledge of OTC derivatives would also be welcomed
- Ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under pressure
- Good relationship management and influencing skills across a wide spectrum of partner teams
- Positive attitude to responsibility and confidence working as a team member or under own initiative
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Ideally interested in digitalization with an affinity for technology
