First Konnection is assisting a prestigious education institution in their search for an experienced professional to join their team as an Assistant Director, Finance & Procurement.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction in the areas of finance, procurement, and administration.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the organization's budget and ensure financial compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement processes to ensure best value for money.
- Provide support to academic and athletic programs.
- Foster a collaborative working environment and build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- **8 or more years of combined experience in a MOE school or Private Education Institution or within the Civil Service**:

- A Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline.
- A Chartered Accountant is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
