As an Executive/Senior Executive, you will support the Fundraising and Volunteer Management team to plan and execute fundraising and volunteer management strategies.

You will assist the Manager, Partnership Development, and the team in running fundraising campaigns and events to actively seek donors, volunteers, and partners to meet our fundraising and volunteer needs. This may include outreach and engagement with various stakeholders, as well as administrative work to facilitate the operations of the department.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in researching and identifying new partners, prospective donors, and volunteers
- Assist in developing new events and activities to create opportunities for fundraising and volunteering
- Create meaningful collaborations and long-term working relationships with existing and potential stakeholders
- Assist in database management, reports, and other administrative tasks, when required
- Support fundraising events, volunteering events, and communications with stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications or similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in fundraising, events management, business development or other relevant fields
- Resilient and resourceful person with initiative and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Creative mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and objective driven with passion for social causes
- Adept at managing multiple projects and complex situations
