We are multi-channel programmatic division specializing across omnichannel screens and upcoming formats such as audio, DOOH and CTV

**What we are looking for**
- Reporting to Programmatic Associate Director
- Daily campaign analysis and with campaign management (setting up campaigns, monitor campaign spends, scaling and performance).
- Identify significant trends and areas of opportunity for campaign expansion. Work with account teams to recommend innovative ideas to clients.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to help promote strong agency relationships, troubleshoot issues, and access new features.
- Interact with account teams, as needed, to discuss campaign performance and possible improvements as well as help upsell new initiatives to grow accounts.
- Support with programmatic elements of new business pitches, including creating presentation decks and speaking to overarching strategies.
- Actively research and learn about the ever-changing programmatic landscape and providing information to the wider FYND team members that can help with other accounts.

**What are the requirements of the role?**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in programmatic display media, preferably for a media agency and preferably with some level of mobile-media experience
- (*For Internship - If you have no experience in Programmatic we offer internship to convert to a _
- full-time role)_
- Proficiency working with DSPs. DV360, The Trade Desk, and any other mobile specific DSPs is a plus
- Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus
- Experience managing campaigns driving towards app installs is a plus
- Highly analytical and numerate
- Experience with campaign management and or client services
- Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking, mobile measurement tool is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations.
- Comfortable with Excel and large data sets to make analytical/data based decisions.
- Excellence within the following skill areas: problem solving, negotiating, data led analysis, collaboration and presentation.
- Singaporeans and/or PRs preferred
