**Job Title**: Duty Manager

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, 6-month Contract, On-site

**Location**: Boulder Planet Sembawang or Boulder Planet Tai Seng (Applicants can choose either location or both)

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours of work per day, including a 30-minute break)
- Either Saturday or Sunday: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM (4 hours of work, including a 30-minute break)

**Overview**:
We seek a proactive Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contract basis. The Duty Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Boulder Planet, located in either Sembawang or Tai Seng. This role requires an individual who can manage day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our climbers.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:

- Greet and assist climbers in a friendly manner.
- Address climbers' inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily facility operations.
- Monitor climbing areas and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
- Assist in setting up when there are climbing events and competitions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to address facility-related issues.

Staff Supervision:

- Supervise and guide part-time crew during shifts.
- Assist in crew training.
- Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example.

Sales and Membership Support:

- Promote memberships, classes, and other services offered by Boulder Planet.
- Process customer memberships and reservations accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or facility management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of indoor climbing or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends is required.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent education.
