We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Manager or Marketing Assistant with a flair for creating brand content to join our team of Hustlers. You will be working with some of the movers and shakers of the industry to curate some of the most memorable experiences, and you can be the one to tell that story

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
- Develop and monitor digital campaign budgets with ROI value
- Manage campaign communications calendar to ensure timely execution
- Plan and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with necessary project campaigns
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Drive CRM initiatives and oversee execution of campaigns
- Develop and drive creation of playbooks, guides and content development on platforms for internal and external stakeholders
- Research and identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
- Oversee and manage relevant contests, giveaways and promotional activities
- Participate in event activations as required

- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Copywriting and content marketing skills
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics, and love for witty communication
- Exceptionally detailed-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output
- Proficiency in marketing automation, digital media and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience in working with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Marketing
