**Requirement in a Green Field or Live Data Centre Environment**
- Minimum 5 years in Local construction or Operation Management in a multi tenanted Colocation facility
- Possess both Electrical MV/LV and Mechanical experience
- Strong & professional communication skill with great organization and presentation skills
- Must have basic knowledge on other services example
- Structural, Plumbing, Gas suppression, Pre-action Sprinkler, IT cabling trays or basket, CRAC, Chiller, Condenser system, T&C, UPS, Genset, STS etc

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
- Prepare and review MOS and Permit to work in a live DC environment
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities
- Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes.
- Experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.
- Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by contractors
- Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while Design -build changes take place during construction.
- Track and ensure equipment meet the project schedule.
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project.
- all close out documentation and warranties.

**Expertise Requirements**
- CDCP®- Certified Data Centre Professional
- Uptime Institute Certificate in AOS or ATS
- DCDC by BICSI
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
