**About the Group**

We are a dynamic group of companies led by passionate founders with a growing portfolio in parenting and pet-related products. As part of our hands-on retail and e-commerce operations in Singapore, we are hiring a dedicated **E-commerce Assistant** to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment tasks.

**The E-commerce Assistant is responsible for**:

- Fulfill orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and coordinating logistics or urgent deliveries
- Manage customer communication channels, especially WhatsApp
- Assist with content creation (taking product photos/videos for marketing)
- Support the team in coordinating with retail partners beyond e-commerce platforms (e.g. department stores, boutique stores)
- Track and manage inventory levels and update stock availability
- Perform simple data entry or updates on Shopee and internal platforms
- Collaborate with internal team and external partners (logistics, marketing, retail)

**As an E-commerce Assistant, it would be beneficial if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience working in a fulfillment or e-commerce support role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Photography or content creation skills (for product photos/videos), bonus if you enjoy creating reels/doing social media marketing
- Inventory or stock management knowledge
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work on-site from 10am-3pm (Monday-Friday) + half-day on Saturday
- Singaporean Citi zens / P R only
- Prior experience or genuine interest in children and pet products is highly preferred
- Familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic tools like Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, with good physical stamina
- Basic English communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
