**Job overview**:
As the facilities Team supervisor, this position is responsible for all the building facilities services activities for the entire factory, including formulating relevant procedures, general building maintenance, facilities cleaning services in GMP & non GMP area, pest control services, space planning management, laundry services, security services, company transportation services, landscaping & cafeteria services.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Responsible for any building infrastructure related work and maintenance to upkeep the facilities in tip-top condition.
- Responsible to engage various service providers to support various services onsite including pest control management, facilities cleaning services (GMP & non
- GMP area), laundry services, security services including site access control management, company transportation services, cafeteria services and landscaping etc.
- Responsible to engage service provider to supply and manage cleanroom gowning consumables as part of cleanroom management support.
- Responsible for providing the facilities infrastructural technical support required for the preliminary design of the new project, such as the space provision for the introduction of new equipment, the priority of office/laboratory and equipment layout. Participate in the layout design, modeling and submission of facilities technical data for related project equipment.
- Responsible for budget preparation and approval of general facilities equipment required for new projects. Responsible for the summary and full follow-up of the purchase of equipment, instruments, etc., to ensure that they arrive on time.
- Responsible for determining the arrival date of the equipment, working with the warehouse for unpacking and acceptance of the equipment, and completing the filling and filing of equipment unpacking records in a timely manner, and delivering the equipment to the project party in good condition.
- Responsible for the related work of contacting the service providers or contractors to address any building related or facilities services work.
- Responsible for summarizing the technical knowledge, work experience and other aspects of equipment, and form written guidance documents or training PPT as facilities equipment learning and training materials.
- Responsible for updating GMP related drawings, managing related technical documents and operation records, reviewing and updating each year, and meeting the requirements of customer quality audits and HSA, FDA and EU audits.
- Interact with the QA department to track and handle verification deviations and incident feedback and provide support for troubleshooting of site equipment, deviation investigation and subsequent CAPA processing as required.
- Responsible for on-site 5S improvement and EHS requirements.
- During project phase, the individual is expected to be actively involved and at times doing multiple roles to support the overall success of the greenfield project startup.
- Manage, nurture and guide subordinate employees, and conduct effective assessments.
- Build a high-efficiency team and bring out the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of each team member.
- Effective inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Cultivate and train subordinate employees to improve work skills and work efficiency.
- Other work arranged by the head of the department.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or above in facilities management, chemical, mechanical, electrical/electronic engineering and other related majors, more than 8 years of relevant work experience in large pharmaceutical, petrol chemical or semiconductor cleanroom environment, and more than 10 years of relevant management experience for junior college/ polytechnic.
- Have experience in engineering compliance and equipment qualification or engineering construction, have certain organizational management, communication and coordination skills, and have a strong team spirit.
- Ideally, individual with greenfield startup experiences will be an advantage for this role.
- Good problem-solving skills and be able to guide and supervise the work of subordinates. Responsible for assignment, assessment and motivation of subordinate employees
- Be able to lead by example and have a strong sense of responsibility and can withstand strong work pressure with given timeline
- Be proficient in operating Office software, and have the ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
- Have the ability to read and write in English, and be able to communicate in English fluently.
