We are looking to hire registered Real Estate Salespersons (RES) to join our International Property Marketing Team targeting sales of foreign properties with the chance of business travels.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their real estate career and be part of the pioneer team of a growing international real estate agency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out estate agency documentation on sale and purchase transactions of local and foreign properties
- Undergo developer’s project-specific training and on-site study (when necessary)
- To be well-versed in each project for marketing purposes
- Prior experience in the sales of both local and foreign property would be an added advantage
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services physically and/or online
- Being knowledgeable in answering enquiries from property developers and/or buyers with relation to marketing and/or purchasing
- Customer centric to answer enquiries related to sales procedures and advise customers on loans and other matters
- Actively seeking out sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Assist with lead generation of potential clients and buyers of the property
- Record and report via CRM system
- Business travel to regional countries may be required

**Requirements**:

- You will need to have a self-motivating attitude, hard-working mentality and dedication to your job. Good communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills are critical success factors.
- Real Estate Salesperson (RES) registered with CEA
- New or Veteran RES are welcomed
- Having the ability to speak/write in more 2 or more languages or foreign languages is an added advantage
- Possessing strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy to use iPad and digital tools during presentation
- Being coherent to explain key aspects of contracts details to customers
- Able to work independently and as well as a team player
- Strong work ethic, and a pleasant trustworthy demeanour
