**1. Key Responsibilities**

**Content**
- Develop exciting content marketing strategies that fits the Talenox brand.
- Get your unique writing flair and style across by creating and editing compelling content.
- Create an annual Editorial Calendar for new content initiatives.
- Analyse individual content initiatives to cherry pick those that drive the greatest results (e.g. high-traffic articles for SEO, social trends, infographics, creative video content, guest blog articles, etc).
- Conduct analytic reporting on marketing metrics (e.g. impressions, clicks, CPC, engagement rate) to measure specific content and performance marketing goals regularly and make recommendations based on those results.

**Community**
- Experiment with new ideas to build and grow a loyal community of brand advocates and followers on social media and other channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Define an annual community strategy and timeline based on customer and community engagement insights.
- Manage and coordinate online and offline events including workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Maintain constant communication with the Talenox community. Build upon these relationships for better brand advocacy, and develop content with them at the forefront.

**Who you’ll work with**:

- You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, who has over 8 years of experience in the technology industry, to learn and develop your marketing skills. The Head of Marketing will provide guidance and mentorship to help you succeed in this role. You will also have the opportunity to attend industry events and online courses to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to generate ideas for articles, videos, and other customer support resources based on user feedback.
- Work closely with the Sales and Partnerships team to generate ideas for community-building within selected partnership networks.
- Work closely with the Design team to create branded templates and animations for marketing materials.
- Work closely with our Engineering team to gather new product features and initiatives, and publish a quarterly Talenox Updates blog post.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
