**You will shine here if you enjoy**
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of Retail KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities
- Automating and analysing Retail KPIs to identify opportunities for Sales and Conversion improvement
- Developing automated analysis tools with support from existing dashboards
- Creating and implementing store productivity tools in collaboration with store teams and under the guidance of the Area Manager
- Assisting in the development of an optimized staff scheduling system, considering peak hours and task assignmentsCollaborating closely with Store Management Team (SMT) and Stockroom Specialists to understand daily needs and create lasting solutions that enhance store efficiencyKey Projects
- Creating an automated Retail KPI dashboard that saves time by eliminating manual report generation and tracking

Generating actionable solutions and recommendations designed to significantly improve store efficiency and productivity

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VBA
