**What the role is**
- The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) in MSF provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders and the protection of children and families. The Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service (CFPS) provides specialized psychological services to children, youth, persons with disability, elderly and families, in the areas of abuse and trauma recovery and forensic mental health. The research team at CFPS conducts programme implementation and evaluation research on services and intervention provided to these clients. The team also undertake research activities that will address the needs of our rehabilitation and protection services. **What you will be working on**
- You will perform a crucial role in the design of research and evaluation studies, managing data-related tasks, data analysis, and the dissemination of findings. We are looking for a team player who is self-driven and takes the initiative to engage with team members and multiple stakeholders; is creative and adaptive at operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; possess a growth mindset and able to quickly learn and apply. Your main responsibilities include: - Contribute to the development and implementation of research and evaluation projects. - Extract, transform, and/or link data from multiple sources. - Conduct data analysis to address queries from stakeholders. - Prepare and tailor research reports and publications for a range of stakeholders (e.g., academic experts, policymakers, public). - Manage and supervise associate psychologists and/or research assistants, including the provision of training. - Organise research-related networking and dissemination activities (e.g., seminars, workshops, communities of practice). - Undertake administrative tasks related to the research projects, the team, or as a member of the civil service.

**What we are looking for**
- Postgraduate research degree in the social sciences or related domains (e.g., psychology, public health, economics, statistics, epidemiology, social work). - Excellent in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods. - Proficient in the use of analytic software (e.g., SPSS, R, Mplus, Stata, etc). - Demonstrable experience in tailoring written communication to a diverse range of stakeholders. - Strong project management and organisational skills. These include: o Work planning and time management, o Multi-tasking and working under time pressure from multiple stakeholders, o Communication skills o Working both independently and as a member of a team. - For the senior research psychologist position, at least three years of research experience is required. - Experience in managing and/or leading research projects is a plus.
