Job Description: Creative Marketing Executive (Bakery Industry)

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the bakery industry. This role will primarily focus on marketing

1. Italian frozen bakery products to Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) customers and

2. Retail customers of coffee chains.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive the awareness, promotion, and sales of our frozen bakery products targeting Horeca customers and retail customers of coffee chains.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze market trends, and develop customer-focused marketing campaigns.

3. Create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials including brochures, social media content, advertisements, and product packaging that effectively communicate our brand message.

5. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the bakery industry.

6. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.

7. Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase our products and build brand visibility.

8. Monitor marketing campaigns, collect and analyze data to measure the success and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in marketing to constantly improve strategies and tactics.

10. Collaborate with external creative agencies and vendors as required for the development and execution of marketing projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 3 years in a similar creative marketing role, preferably in the bakery or food and beverage industry.

3. Strong understanding of the Horeca market and the retail customers of coffee chains is highly desirable.

4. Exceptional creative thinking and design skills with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.

5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.

7. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

10. Passion for the bakery industry, food, and consumer trends.
