**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining the IT Technology Governance framework, policies and processes.
- Support process implementation and automation solutions to streamline IT processes and operations.
- Assign in performing system risk assessments with IT system owners for system enhancements or new system onboarding.
- Standardize and roll out compliance checks across APAC branches.
- Strengthen IT governance and reporting mechanisms.
- Review IT-related documents
- Identify areas for improvement in IT operations and provide insights and recommendations for improving productivity, enhancing controls, and increasing efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Good understanding of IT Governance and Control principles and practices.
- Familiar with Financial Services sector, preferably through coursework or prior internships.
- Ability to analyse and assess IT processes and controls.
- Ability to identify and propose solutions to enhance IT Governance and Control frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail to identify and address any gaps or risks in IT Governance and Control processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technologies.
