We are seeking a **CEO & Digital Media Assistant** to support the Founder & CEO directly while managing his **personal brand, digital presence, and light project coordination (PMO-style responsibilities)**. This role will combine executive support, social media management, and junior project tracking — ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and ambitious to grow in a fast-paced fintech/Web3 environment.

**Role Overview**

The CEO & Digital Media Assistant will act as the **right-hand support to the CEO**, ensuring his schedule, communications, and brand presence are managed to a high standard. The role includes maintaining the CEO’s professional and personal social media channels, drafting and posting content, coordinating with the wider marketing team, and tracking key internal initiatives and deadlines.

This is a **hybrid role**: part **executive assistant**, part **junior project coordinator**, part **digital media manager**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive & PMO Support**
- Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
- Take notes, track action items, and follow up on key deliverables across teams.
- Act as a central point of coordination for CEO-led projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefing packs, and investor/partner materials.

**Personal Brand & Social Media**
- Manage the CEO’s personal brand across **LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram** and other relevant platforms.
- Draft, post, and optimise professional updates, thought-leadership, and brand-building content.
- Ensure consistent posting, community engagement, and reputation management.
- Track and report growth metrics across channels (followers, engagement, impressions).

**Communications & Coordination**
- Liaise with internal marketing, design, and partnerships teams to align CEO brand activities with corporate strategy.
- Coordinate CEO participation in conferences, panels, and media opportunities.
- Support in drafting responses, articles, or interview talking points.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **executive support, project coordination, or digital media**.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English; other languages a plus).
- Social media savvy with an understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram.
- Basic reporting/analytics capability (social KPIs, deadlines, deliverables).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with the CEO.
- Based in Singapore, with ability to work **full-time, in-office**.
