**Responsibilities**: Mechanical, aircond and Electrical system Operations for Plant/School facilities & utilities (Chiller, ACMV/HVAC, Exhaust, Cooling Water, Vacuum Pump, Compressor, UPS, Generator ) Will be resonsible to lead supervise overall preventive maintenance contract Manage routine ACMV servicing works To troubleshoot & resolve technical issues To carry out testing & commissioning Provides technical support and take charge on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical & electrical equipment Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the building facilities with the objective of always achieving uninterrupted function Liaison with all stakeholders and make sure a smooth operation of facilities. Ensuring efficiency of all building systems Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding improvement works and purchasing of equipment and spare partsRequirements : Minimum 5 years related experience in troble shooting aircond systems and electrical control systems Preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance. Technical and functional knowledge of building infrastructure including aircond, electrical and mechanical systems, and construction of critical facilities environment. Has good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership
