**Finance & Administrative Executive - Finance & Corporate Administration Group**
**Pre-requisite**:
i) Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
ii) At least 5 years of accounting / financial and mangement reporting experience
iii) Effective interpersonal and communucation skills
iv) Strong organizational skills
v) Self-motivated and enthusiastic with requisite personal drive and energy
vi) Good social skills and a team player
vii) Strong Excel knownledge
viii) Knowledge in Xero accounting software
ix) Detail oriented, Meticoulous and Responsible
x) Ability to work underpressure & independently.
xi) Strong time management and organisation skills.
xii) Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline.
xiii) Task oriented, conscientious in documentation.
xiv) Able to commence within a short notice period
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
a) Handle and maintain Account Receivable and Payable.
b) Responsible for billing and payment transactions.
c) Able to perform accurate data entry
d) Liaise with internal/external stakeholder to resolve the payment issues
e) Check all supporting documents and prepare payment.
f) Reconcile of Supplier SOA, and accounting transactions.
g) Reconcile bank and General ledgers.
h) Ensure accurate and timely month end closing.
i) Responsible for the overall upkeep of financial records
j) Assist in general corporate administrative duties
k) Coordinating Staff recruitment and selection process
l) Arrange employees training, travelling, any other related welfare and development plan
m) Liaise with external IT Consultant for IT related issues
n) Ensure & maintain proper filing system in department
o) Assist in budgeting, forecasting and other management report
p) Assist in Audit, Tax and any other ad-hoc for management reporting
q) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
