This position is for a full-time Software Engineer to join Keysight’s Quantum Engineering Solutions (QES) organization, which is responsible for producing world-leading solutions in quantum technologies, including quantum computing, quantum communications and quantum sensing. As a Solution Developer, you will be part of an R&D team and launch breakthrough software solutions to market. You will work throughout each stage of our product development process and tackle complex technical challenges while in a customer-centric environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, maintain, test, and support a diverse portfolio of production software solutions for Quantum customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to define solutions and formulate development plans.
- Work independently as well as in teams to accomplish business objectives.

**Job Qualifications**
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering and/or Physics/Electrical Engineering with Python, C/C++/C# programming and debugging proficiency or equivalent 4-7 years job experience.
- Proven experience developing production software using C#, C++ or Python.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs or gRPC service.
- Good understanding of quantum information science is desired but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of parallel computing.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues related to hardware instrumentation and software interaction.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and to develop teamwork among individuals and over geographically disperse teams.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, results-oriented, meets timelines, handles pressure while working positively in a collaborative manner.
- Experience working with but not limited to AWG, Digitizer, and Downconverter modules.
