**YOUR IMPACT**

**YOUR ROLE**
- Leads the design, development and operational maintenance of privileged access management solutions that enforce Goldman Sachs' policies and standards.
- Demonstrates strong people management skills and builds a team-driven culture.
- Works in close collaboration with the Identity and Access Management team and across Core Engineering to enforce least privilege.
- Partners with Tech Risk to help manage risk surrounding privileged access management solutions in a consistent and transparent manner.
- Supports strategic growth in the identity space to include privileged access management, identity and access management, and identity governance and administration.
- Demonstrates confidence in the ability to identify and mitigate business risks and challenges in the identity space.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 8+ years’ work experience in privileged access management
- Must have experience working with highly regulated jurisdictions and industries
- Ability to translate business requirements into a project plan
- Must have experience in coordinating work across multiple disciplines or organizations and be adept at building consensus across organizational and functional lines
- Holds relevant certifications in cyber security and/or privileged access management tooling
- Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and leading solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- CISSP or similar cyber security certification
- Implementation experience and certification in at least one of the following platforms: CyberArk, SailPoint, Beyond Trust, Delinea, and Saviynt.
