Senior Associate/associate, Digital Transformation Business Analyst

In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities* Support software development projects and initiatives to improve Contact Centre operations, employee journey and overall customer experience.* To support the integration and enhancement of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies within Conversation AI platform.* To contribute to the continuous improvement of customer facing applications such as chatbot and voicebots through GenAI innovations.* Preparation of test cases based on user requirements, executing cases, and collaborate with developers to ensure all issues are resolved before release.* Implementation Support: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of GenAI chatbot and voicebot solutions.* Support in gathering data and assist in monitoring the performance of GenAI applications.* Contribute to documentation and user guides for GenAI solutions.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business, or related field.* Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)* Strong foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.* Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.* Experience in Agile Project Management and Customer Service is preferred.* Strong ownership of assigned projects and ensure tasks are completed to meet project timeline.* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.* Strong communication and presentation skills.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* After office hours and weekend/PH work are expected to support releases during off-peak hours.
