**Summary**
We are searching for an Ecommerce Product Owner to be part of the Digital Channels team and contribute to the overall performance of the website product. You should be equipped with good knowledge in Ecommerce technologies and latest user trends, demonstrating success in understanding how the website is performing with identified web metrics that will contribute to business outcomes. You will work closely with key stakeholders such as Revenue Product Managers, IT Business Analysts, and IT development teams to increase digital channel revenue across all markets.

**Digital Product Management**:

- Develop and execute product roadmap based on company’s vision and goals
- Define Product OKRs and ensure Key Results are achieved
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and engineers to prioritise product features
- Work closely with UI/UX Designer to integrate usability testing, user research and competitor analysis into product requirement management to enhance user experience
- Own and drive product backlog, define product specification and requirements, user story, user acceptance test and success metrics to measure the impact of your product areas in an Agile environment
- Establish clear communication with business analysts and engineer team, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals and planned product features

**Third party Product Management**:

- Work closely with third party partner platform to identify and optimise services that fit with the internal product direction
- Manage day-to-day operations work, associated projects
- Monitor and drive timely deliverables with the vendor
- Manage communication with vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organisational strategic direction, changes and challenges
- Facilitate contract process with vendor and managing relationships between internal team and vendors

**Qualifications**:

- At least a university degree in the field of Business IT/Computer Science/Business/Ecommerce
- Minimum 3-4+ years experience in Ecommerce or Digital product management
- Some experience in agile methodology and/or certification in scrum product owner, project management
- Good project management, problem solving, interpersonal skills, result driven
- Solid experience with analytics tools
- Communicate effectively at all levels, manage stakeholders from vendors as well as both internal and external departments.
