**Position Overview**:
As a RUST Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, reliable and maintainable software solutions using the RUST programming language. You will work closely with our team of software engineers to design and implement new features, optimise existing code, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This role requires a strong skill set in Rust, proficient in Python. and a passion for building high-performance, reliable and secure software.

**Opportunity to outstation to Dubai for 3 to 6 months.**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Hardware interface with RUST:

- Develop robust and efficient code that interfaces with motor controllers and translates control commands over TCP/IP.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with motor control systems.
- Implement error handling and fault tolerance mechanisms to ensure system stability.
- Write clear and concise documentation for the software architecture, APIs, and usage instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-fuctional teams to plan, design and deliver new features efficiently.
- Create and execute data intake pipelines with performance and scalability in mind.
- Work in secure computer settings, such as creating apps inside of secure environments and work together to create microservices and put CI/CD pipelines into place
- Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly to maintain system stability.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in RUST and innovations to enhance project effectiveness.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide mentorship to ensure high code quality and team growth.
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or GO Lang to enhance project versatility and interoperability.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernates for efficient deployment and management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a software developer or similar role, focus on working with the Rust programming language and familiar with Rust’s memory management, ownership and concurrency concepts.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as **Rust, Phython, JavaScript or GO Lang **, and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., **Express Node.js **).
- In depth knowledge of Rust skills such as **Async, Threading and Tokio **.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify practical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guide the team in implementing best practices and industry standards.
