Singapore COMFORTDELGRO INSURANCE BROKERS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**

1. To liaise and maintain close relationships with clients n order to understand and address their insurance beeds.

2. To provide timely advice to clients on the the available solutions after sourcing for comprehensive and competitive quotes from the market.

3. To obtain relevant underwriting and claims information from clients and to be an effective intermediary between clients and our insurer partners.

4. To advise clients on the coverage, product features and limits of the various plans on offer.

5. Identify and develop new business.

6. For existing businesses, to ensure any changes in clients' risk profiles are addressed and covered.

7. To check policies, endorsements and invoices for accuracy before transmission to clients.

8. To prepare documentation such as quotation, proposal and placement slips, cover notes and cover letters.

9. To assist in the preparation of reports, proposals and presentation to clients. For existing businesses, to ensure records are kept up-to-date on policy transactions.

10. For motor fleet businesses, to practise an effective system of tracking vehicle movements that consists of new registrations, additions and deletions.

11. To work with Finance team to follow up on outstanding premiums.

12. To support our Claims team to manage clients' claims with high service levels.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree/Diploma holder who must possess BCP, PGI and ComGi certificates

2. Minimum 3 years' experience in the General Industry industry.

3. Experience in handling motor insurance within a broking environment is an advantage.

4. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

5. Customer-oriented, meticulous, keen to learn and a team player.

6. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
