Deputy Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Manager IT to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
He will be responsible to ensure the compliance in terms of software licenses, security patch updates, end point and server protection tools in consultation with Group IT complying Group IT policies.
**Key Accountabilities or Activities**
- IT Infrastructure management includes servers/telecom systems / firewalls / security tools /Backup
- Business requirement analysis & Documentation
- Third party vendor management
- IT peripheral procurement and installation
**Necessary**:
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technology solutions to various audiences
- Strong working knowledge of various technology platforms and practices, including, but not limited to, Microsoft.NET technologies/ABAP development and SAP ERP implementation / support.
- Strong knowledge of new or latest technology, and able to gauge suitability to the organization's business
- Innovative mindset and able to challenge assumptions
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and end users support management including Office 365 / Windows/Linux / Firewall and cloud hosted infra and services.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP implementation would be added advantage.
