**Roles & Responsibilities
**The Job**

You will join the Manufacturing Section equipped with latest manufacturing technology and advanced engineering control, and assist the Production Supervisor in accomplishing manufacturing targets and workplace safety, health & environmental standards.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide support in plant commissioning, start-up, shut down and production activities to facilitate safe and smooth manufacturing operations;
- Undertake production operations, quality checks and minor plant maintenance operations to meet production schedule, product quality and cost objectives;
- Perform field inspection/patrol, sample collection, data recoding to support plant reliability, quality product and production efficiency;
- Set up and verify the functionality of production machinery and equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;
- Monitor and control processes or equipment and ensure quality of products are up to the required standard;
- Maintain all equipment and components by performing scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring calibration of equipment and scheduling replacement when needed;
- Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to further improve the equipment performance;
- Ensure minimum downtime, quick response to trouble-shoot, rectify return to production;
- Carry out trouble-shooting and repair activities for critical equipment while minimizing Production downtime to support reliable manufacturing operations;
- Coordinate and supporting daily production activities (e.g. equipment format change) to get desired production output and meet product quality;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Hand on experience and good technical knowledge in repair and maintenance of machinery equipment;
- Those with more than **10 years **of working experiences in similar position are strongly encourage to apply;
- Ability to troubleshoot or resolve technical or machinery malfunction issues;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
