You will be managing the business development work, including but not limited to managing, sourcing, and appointing a Marketing agency for our business, canvassing for new clients, and looking for prospects and resellers for the company. We require that our teammates are responsible, independent, and mature, in executing their tasks.

In addition, an ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a bonus. As you may, meet up with customers, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills is an advantage. A good team-player and the ability to work/ perform under pressure.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
Identify potential direct customers, sales agent, or reseller for company products and services. Develop commission and reward scheme.

Monitoring marketing agency work, prospecting and closing deals ensure all projects is on track.

Work closely with the marketing agency and internal team to get leads for business development operation.

Attend to customers’ enquiries by providing timely service and administrative support, ensuring the customer experience is not compromised.

Prepare proposal and quotation to our prospect, potential clients, upselling or cross-selling products and services is a bonus.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:

- Survey competitors sales channel and marekting channels e.g social media, youtube, trade associations etc.
- Understand the process of operations in B2B contexts. Understand the fundamentals of digital marketing channels to conduct market research,from google, social, to display that our competitors are using now.
- To liaise with POTENTIAL PSG digital marketing and ecommerce deverlopment vendor.
- Define business development objective which align them to company goals.
- Learn how to develop a viable strategic action plans that will find new leads online and offline
- Learn how to explore the right lead generation channels online and offline that aligns to the company's marketing objectives.
- Learn how to develop up-sell and cross selling strategies through the sales team for different consumer journey

'Learn how to objectively plan, implement, and measure your lead generation effectiveness across various sales channels
- Learn how to manage third party vendor and evaluate their report on how they develop and execute a holistic Business development plan. Identify potential resellers for company products and services.
- Learn how to cold call with different scripts.
- Tabulate leads in to cold, warm and Hot leads with appointments schedule for meeting.
- Understand the CRM and SOP to reach out to our potential customer.
- Establish appointments with prospect and leads generated with call, meeting
- Prepare meeting report for analysis
- Define Commission structure for internal and external Sales
- Evaluate past, presents and future performance
- Evaluation of performance by the management team. If results are positive, employee will be converted to full time staff at the end of the work trial period
