Planner
Job duties and responsibilities:

- Monitor Project Schedule and Progress Update. Prepare Project gantt chart, PRQ, coordinate with production in meeting delivery schedule and design department on the Drawing for submission to customers
- Monitors the movement of major materials through the production cycle and maintain inventory at planned levels.
- Monitor Project Progress Claim Report
- Coordinate with Project/Operation manager for Manpower productivity and work Load plan
- Maintain accurate database and records by performing timely data entry
- Maintains proper storage of files, ensuring that files are stored in a systematic manner allowing for easy access when required -Support Project/Operation on Admin work(Raise Purchase Requisition,Prepare Progress Claim to customers)
- Provide support in HR-related matters, including but not limited to department-level manpower planning, recruitment activities and training management

Job Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in General Planner function in Manufacturing/ Oil & Gas & Petrochemical Company
- Knowledgeable in MS Access, MS Office, Navision
- Able to interact with all levels of management and clients
- Can work with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
