**The Company**

Our client is a global consulting firm, who is seeking for a Transaction Monitoring Transformation Lead on an exciting project in compliance operations. The role encompasses responsibilities leading the Systems change, enhancement and maintenance support for the Transaction Monitoring checks related systems.

**The Role**
- Expert in transactional monitoring
- Understand and monitor the technical governance aspects of systems relevant to Transaction Monitoring and Name Screening, AML Monitoring and Case Management
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve KYC Technology risk, conduct and compliance matters

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in transaction monitoring and exposure to running change management program
- Strong communication skills are required to negotiate and influence internally across different management levels.
