Responsible for evaluating new concepts, ideas, licenses, and opportunities, also provide medical expertise to ensure the proper development of new products and the optimal positioning and promotion of existing products.

Ensure medical activities related to the promotion of the company’s products through accurate information distribution, documentation, labeling, and promotional materials for marketed products in compliance with corporate standards, government and industry regulations, and legal requirements.

**Functional performance**
- Strategic planning and coordination of high-quality medical activities in line with an approved medical plan as evidenced by aligned KPI with full compliance with HCP interaction policy.
- Submission and follow up of non-promotional materials review and approvals and medical information inquiry responses within timeline.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Internal submission and follow up of promotional & non-promotional externally focused materials.
- Support Medical managers in PO creation and budget tracking
- Assisting Medical Managers in vendor management (e.g. third-party HCP engagement platforms), Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Health Care Organization (HCO) advocacy to build scientific credibility.
- Assisting Medical Managers in desktop research and product demo development.
- Medical Governance - framework of policies and system ensuring compliance with recognized medical/ ethical standards related to the marketing of PHCI products. Medical Governance - Other relevant activities as per medical strategy and business needs.

**Role Requirements**
- Preference for MD, Pharm D or PhD/Masters degree in life sciences
- Fluent in English
- 1-3 years experience in the Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare Industry, preferable in in the area of medical affairs/ management with relevant expertise on medicinal products, food supplements and medical devices;
- Working knowledge on regulatory requirements, requirements and standards in product development, regulations and internal quality documents.
