The Output Management Team in Operations is looking for a Functional Management Specialist who will be the interface between the Run-The-Bank team, IT team and Management to conduct feasibility study, identify risks and propose viable solutions to meet the needs of the Business. The Functional Management Specialist needs to assess front-to-back business processes with a view to optimizing and creating transformation opportunities. We’re looking for someone to:
- Facilitate change management for the Output Management Team (creation & maintenance of process documentations, preparation of training material, support, coordination of business communication)
- Analyze, define and implement business requirements and functional specifications for systems
- Support, manage and create output templates as part of migration activities & execute front-to-back system testing
- Ensure definition, planning and execution of effective stakeholder management, maintaining stakeholders and ensuring communication between the interfaces, especially of product managers and business owners
- Driving and supporting transformation and digitalization projects, as well as identifying robotics opportunities

**Your team**
- In Output Management, we are responsible for the output production of client correspondence. Sitting within Personal and Corporate Banking Operations, you will be working in the Output Management Team in Singapore, supporting both the Singapore and Hong Kong Wealth Management business. You will need to constantly communicate with the team and global stakeholders.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- Academic degree or equivalent
- Experience in a similar environment, with sound understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry
- Experience in stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a challenging environment by designing and creating testing methods, showing knowledge of process and gap analysis
- Strong risk and control mindset, being process-oriented with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- A good team player, interpersonal skills, flexible, performance-oriented, self-motivated and self-initiated
