Location: East

**Responsibilities**:

- _Daily Communication with End Customer, Sale Areas and Distribution Services_
- _Execution of Customer orders and ensure its correctness and completeness_
- _Monitor Order Fulfilment (Order To Delivery)_
- _Ensure right usage of Criticality code and mode of transportation_
- _Expedite Orders and seek alternative for long lead time parts_
- _Initiate improvement to optimize cost for Sales Area and Customers_
- _Prepared Monthly Service Level Report_
- _Schedule and Conduct conference call (Go to Meeting) with Sales Area & prepare minutes_

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics Management / Bachelor in Logistics
- Prefer with work experience (3 to 5 years) in supply chain or customer service environment
- Strong Customer service background
- Strong Knowledge of Logistics Systems and Supply Chain understanding
