**Title: Real Estate Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and listings in the real estate industry, following up with clients, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office software, is required. Experience in telemarketing skills will be considered an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Assist in the generation of real estate leads by conducting market research, networking, and utilizing various marketing strategies.
- Listing Management: Assist in creating and managing property listings on various real estate platforms and websites.
- Client Follow-up: Communicate with prospective and existing clients to provide information, answer queries, and schedule appointments or property viewings.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, maintaining databases, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Telemarketing: Utilize telemarketing skills to reach out to potential clients, promote properties, and generate interest in real estate services.

**Requirements**:

- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Microsoft Office: Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for administrative tasks.
- Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide timely and professional assistance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in listings, documentation, and client communication.
- Telemarketing Experience (preferred): Previous experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales, with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients and convert leads into appointments or listings.
