Strategic Investment Senior Vice President

**Job Description**:
1. Research on company asset management, equity management, and operational auditing;
2. Responsible for coordinating daily work between the company and its subsidiaries, as well as monitoring and auditing their operations;
3. Responsible for tracking and inspecting major investment matters of the company, helping to solve various practical problems, and coordinating relationships between all parties;
4. Responsible for formulating the company's investment strategic plan and business objectives, proposing the company's strategic investment business plan, business policies, and business forms, and implementing them after approval by the board of directors;
5. According to the company's investment strategy plan, strive to expand business mergers and acquisitions, and establish new businesses to achieve the company's strategic investment goals;
6. Mature use of capital operation methods (such as financing), clarify the investment, capital withdrawal cycle, and amount of capital investment, and report to the board of directors for approval before implementation;
7. Responsible for investment and mergers and acquisitions, research on new projects, legal and financial due diligence, value evaluation, transaction structure design, tax planning, financial feasibility analysis and evaluation, negotiation strategy development, and participation in negotiations;
8. Coordinate the work of the Strategic Investment Department, hold regular meetings, and know the direction of the Strategic Investment Department's work;
9. Establish and maintain an efficient organizational and work system, promote scientific management of the company, and create a core strategic investment team.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in Chinese and English;
2. Rich experience in investment and financing, international finance, economic management, engineering management, etc;
3. Over 5 years of experience as Vice President of Strategic Investment and Financing in the photovoltaic industry;
4. Rich management experience in overseas investment and financing;
5. Excellent oral expression skills and ability to write official documents and reports;
6. Strong ability to withstand pressure and solve emergencies;
7. Have a deep accumulation and understanding of the investment and financing environment and network resources in China and overseas;
8. Able to adapt to long-term employment in Singapore.
